We all need to be aware of this. Knowingly or unknowingly, our dear country Togo, is heading for an unthinkable destruction worse than what we have been seing so far in countries like Sudan, Liberia and so on and so forth. The first person who is to be held to account for that is Eyadema. How can someone rule over the country for almost 37 years and still has the strong desire to keep it at all costs and by all possible means. He has nothing to do with human rights and critics formulated by international community. What matters for him is self-esteem. What was the last straw? How does international community now know that togolese people are experiencing hell on their fatherland? How does the whole world now konw that togolese people are at Eyadema and his army beck and call. The reasons are the following: The Electoral farce organized on october 27, 2002 the imprisonment of Claude Ameganvi to mention only a few. My personal fear is that if nothing is done by now, all attempts would be doomed to failure when the situations are out of control. I am sure that with these elections, the population will starve. In a nutshell, things are upside down in our country. Any political action undertaken by the current regime is against the authorized persons who are supposed to take profit from it, I mean the togolese people. I appeal then to all democratic nations to help stop this imminent destruction of our country before it `s too late. I personally and finally believe in something: Freedom is a fight, therefore my people let's fight.
