Dear Sisters and Brothers of Togo,

I have been watching carefully our country situation since the result of Election 100% won by Mr. Akitani. I noticed that all of you have just been talking and talking and accusing and accusing. All we have to say is enough then plan and act. How do we plan and act?

1. Planning:

We set up a contribution account where all Togolese wishing a change in our beloving country and aspire for better future to send their contribution. I suggest 150 Euro per person. What do we do with the money? After 3 months, the committee responsible for managing the account arrange a meeting to evaluate the total gain. Then the fund will be use for financing the action.

2. Action:

Action would be to hire commandos from Eastern Europe and U and South Africa. I personally know how to arrange all this. We just need a strong force of maximum 1000 commandos all from the areas motioned. We shall not accept anyone force from West Africa. Because once the operation is over and security return to Togo, they must leave and be paid the balance of what owes to them.

Conclusion.

I do praise your commitment for the fight to change the situation in Togo but I don'' t think you should continue talking too much and accusing people and political parties. These attitude are not going to bring any change about to us and we are bound to act now. I need a reply from you as soon as possible and should you need a help, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am happy to travel to meet you wherever you are but I must propose that you come to London because it is safer and secure place to organise things like this.
